Design work

Most of these projects were executed using Adobe Creative Cloud. Many of these projects were executed with design considerationsfor print.

Illustrated stickers

In a Flexography class, I designed two different sets of stickers for
print using Adobe Illustrator. These stickers were then printed using
our Flexography machine, trimmed, and then distributed to friends
and family.

Butternut Squash Soup Illustrated Title Pages

Born out of love for butternut squash soup, I made an illustrated recipe spread. The design, layout, and photography was done using Adobe Creative Cloud.

article redesign

Assigned to redesign an article on Typography, I chose an article about Type Design in Museums. Using InDesign, I reflowed the text and formatted in an editorial style. This project really solidified my knowledge of paragraph styles, editorial layout, and the beauty of white space.

Consultant Logo

Put in touch with a local houseless solutions consultant, I helped her create a logo for herself as she began her new career. After a few meetings discussing what she was trying to accomplish and what she envisioned for the design, I was able to create a logo that she loved.

Gelato package rebrand

With a group, we were talking to a local Gelato company about a rebrand for their packaging. With inspiration from the mosaics of Florence and a color palette personal to the company, we cam up with this design created in Illustrator and 3D modeled in Esko.

Makilee studio shoes

From a young age I began to paint shoes for people, soon it evolved into Makilee Studios, a company where I printed and and painted my designs on clothing to sell. Along with the art, I learned how to screen print, create a brand, market products to target audiences, and learned the importance of perseverance.
